Next, you will each receive an email soon from from a service we are using, called: “Track 1099 W-9 Form”
Click the green button to “Fill out your W-9”
Type your name (as shown on your income tax return)
Under Classification, most people choose: “Individual sole proprietor or single member LLC”
Type your address.
Under Part I: Add you Social Security Number.
Use your mouse or trackpad to add your signature. You can use your finder on mobile devices.
Click: Continue
View the Preview.
Click “Send and Download.”
